*Oats threshing powered by 10 horses—a rare and unforgettable sight!

*Corn harvest field with vintage pickers and hand-checking stations

*Grist mill turning corn into meal and feed

*Corn shocks & shredding for livestock bedding

*Sorghum pressing powered by horses and Sorghum cooking

*Apple cider and apple butter made while you watch

*Broom corn broom-making, rope-making, blacksmithing, horseshoeing, and more traditional crafts
